The process of ordering your own custom hand painted linen, requires a bit of planning, which can be fun and creative for the client.

It all starts with a few details...

The end goal is to provide the finest custom hand painted linen unique to your venue, your home, your restaurant, etc. We want you to be thrilled with the finished product and that is very important to us. Ordering

Size: To determine the size of your linen, simply measure the length and width of your tabletop or diameter if round. We will also need the overhang measurement.

 

Colors: Design colors are hand mixed permanent fabric paint and are created just for your linen. It is helpful to provide us with a selection of paint chips, etc. to convey a sense of the color scheme you seek. Our colors will be comparable but expect some variation.

 

Design Fee: Each hand painted linen is custom and created just for you. A design needs to be rendered as an artist sketch so that we agree on the direction of the linen. The design fee is paid with the request of a drawing and is credited towards the purchase.

 

Price and Payment: Price is determined by several factors: size, fabric, amount of detail, embellishment; all of which are important elements in creating your unique and original linen. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and balance is due prior to shipping.

 

Delivery Time: The delivery time on your linen depends on the size and detail involved as well as the current studio schedule at the time you confirm your order with a 50% deposit.

 

Shipping Charges and Delivery: Shipping costs via FedEx or UPS from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan are charged to the buyer.

 

No Refunds or Exchanges: Your linen will be custom designed for you, a one of a kind work of art. Working together, we will strive to create an heirloom that you will treasure forever.

Care and Use: While it's always best to spot clean with tepid water and mild detergent, your linen can be gently laundered in cool water. Only a small amount of mild detergent is needed. Hang to dry and touch up with a warm steam iron on the non-painted side.
